The Northern Cape Provincial Commissioner, Lieutenant General Koliswa Otola, will commemorate police officers for their loyal service at a medal parade in Kathu. The ceremony aims to recognize officers who have dedicated 30, 20, and 10 years of service to the South African Police Service. The medal parade will take place on Tuesday, 12 November 2024, at 09:00 at the Kathu High School, Ben Alberts Way.  The South African Police Service says this ceremony serves as a testament to the Provincial Commissioner's commitment to recognizing and rewarding the dedication of police officers in the Northern Cape. The South African Police Service says they value loyalty and dedication, and this event honors exceptional officers who have demonstrated these values.
