sessions in Upington, Calvinia & Springbok were conducted by police

The police have conducted numerous awareness campaigns over the past week, focusing on safer school programs and educating the community and youth about safety. The provincial community policing board also held sessions in Calvinia, Springbok, and Upington. Police spokesperson Lieutenant Colonel Sergio Kock reported that several suspects were arrested for a variety of crimes, including murder, attempted murder, robbery, assault, stock theft, burglary, drug possession, possession of dangerous weapons, driving under the influence, illegal possession of firearms and ammunition, immigration violations, and breaches of the second-hand goods act.
