Police urged community members and business owners

Police urged members of the community especially business owners to become more vigilant and alert. Police spokesperson Lieutenant colonel Sergio Kock says police understand the impact that crime have on individuals and businesses and are committed to working with the public to prevent it from occurring. Kock says the police are urging the public to adhere to and implement the following safety hints to ensure their safety and the safeguarding of their property by adhering to safety precautions availed. Businesses are requested to be extra vigilant around closing times and never lock their business premises alone, install extra security gates and appoint security guards.
