Today marks day 4 of the 2024 national ABC Motsepe league playoffs where the semi-finals are being played after a rough 3 days of fighting for the Motsepe Foundation Championship 2024. The first game started this morning at 11:00 with Thames representing the North West against Kruger United  representing Mpumalanga. Kruger United FC who were established in 2023 and playing their first season in the ABC Motsepe League have won promotion to the Motsepe Foundation Championship (NFD) with 1-0. The next game started at 15:00 between Highbury representing the Eastern Cape going against Njampela representing KwaZulu Natal at the Mxolisi Dicky Jacobs Stadium in Upington.
