Tracy "Pes" Wilson was sentenced to 25 years imprisonment following the murder of his 34-year-old girlfriend in Hanover on Sunday, 7 January 2024. According to a police statement, the court hearth that the deceased planned to go out with her sister and friends on the said afternoon but her 34 year old boyfriend who is the accused refused and she decided to stay home. Police spokepserson Colonel Cherelle Ehlers says later, the pair allegedly had an argument whereby the accused took out a knife and stabbed her to death. She says court also declared him unfit to possess a firearm.
