The Trust for Community Outreach and Education (TCOE)  in partnership with the Inyanda National Land Movement, The Rural Women's Assebly and CASAU  will be commemorating 16 June at the Orange River Hotel in Upington  on National Youth Day. Aaron Ranayeke, for the TCOE states that planned engagements and in - depth discussions for the day include a reflection on the events of 16 June 1976, the broad political landscape and the need to forge  alliances and solidarity, the struggles of farmworkers and dwellers, the struggles for water on the commonage land and the water crisis in the country with particular reference to the Northern Cape.
