The Northern Cape department of cooperative governance, human settlements and traditional affairs (COGHSTA) is hosting an integrated development plan (IDP) engagement session with all the 31 municipalities of the Northern Cape from today, the 3rd of June until Wednesday, the 5th of June 2024 at Protea Hotel in Upington.
