The youth of Upington and surroundings say they can make a huge difference to decrease the rate of unemployment in ZF Mgcawu district. This after former president Jacob Zuma said he is more active than the youth of today. He says he setback for few years after his retirement but until now the youth have done nothing for community developments. Zuma says the following........ â€œInsert” (ZUMA YOUTH)   The youth of the district raised argument about the high rate of unemployment that leave many youth running around the streets without job.
