Police says the missing woman, Fransienah "Dede" Tommy has been located and is safe. Police spokesperson sergeant Omphile Masegela says the police in Upington would like to thank members of the community who responded with information of Fransiena's location and she will soon be reunited with her family. This after police reported she was allegedly last seen on the 3rd May 2024 at CAPITEC bank near Shoprite in the Upington CBD with 2 women allegedly sew doing a bank transaction together and thereafter she left with them and has not returned home since.
