The Northern Cape department of education says there are seven remaining days prior to the closing date for the 2025 online learner admission. The department has reiterated that it is of importance that parents / guardians enroll learners for grades R, 1 and 8 during this phase as set aside by the department, which ought to come to close by Wednesday, 15 May2024. The department has indicated that close to 19 schools are open for walk in applications in the ZF Mgcawu district in particular. Furthermore, walk-in centers at schools across the province was also announced to be open during this period. The department states that it is the responsibility of every parent and guardian to ensure that their children are registered for the following year.
