The Department of Finance, Economic Development and Tourism in the Northern Cape is hosting an access to finance information workshop in Kuruman today. According to the department, the objective of the program is to share crucial funding information and non-financial support opportunities tailored for SMME’s. The department further says, the key focus is to give insights into common reasons for funding application rejections and the importance of SMME compliance for sustained success. Small and upcoming business in the Northern Cape have been raising concerns about not receiving enough financial support and information about funding opportunities available by government.
