The opening of Riemvasmaak police station has been postponed

The  South African Police Service says, the police station that was supposed to open in Riemvasmak has been postponed till further notice. Police spokesperson, Lieutenant Colonel Sergio Kock says, the opening was scheduled for 8 May 2024. He says a new date will be announced soon. The opening was to be officiated by the national minister of police, general Bheki Cele alongside the provincial police commissioner general Koliswa Otola. Kock says the new date will be announced soon.
