Residents of Upington and surrounding says service delivery remains a concern and according to them, nothing much has been done to improve their lives. Residents says despite the rolling blackouts that are currently experienced, other service delivery challenges like water and sanitation has been turned a blind eye one for ages......INSERT(SERVICE)This follows the statement of president Cyril Ramaphosa saying, despite the many challenges facing the ANC-led government, it is evident that a significant progress has been made to improve the lives of the people of South Africa. He spoke at the end of the 4 day ANC NEC meeting in Boksburg earlier this week.
