It is reported that on Sunday evening at around 20:45, an accident was reported by motorist driving along the N14 Olifantshoek to Upington at more or less 20km just outside of Olifantshoek whereby a vehicle collided with a stray (kudu) animal. Kuruman accident and emergency news reported on their official social media page that emergency services were activated and they responded swiftly yo the scene of the accident. They further added that upon arrival paramedics found the vehicle next to the road and quickly assesed the scene for any injuries and found two occupants from the vehicle to have sustained minor/serious injuries. The two occupants were treated for thee injuries sustained and therafter transported to the nearby hospital for the care needed.
