Provincial Commissioner Lieutenant General Koliswa Otola conferred ranks to officers and members promoted in the ZF Mgcawu and Namakwa districts in Upington today, the 5th of November 2024. Police spokesperson Colonel Cherelle Ehlers stated that in attendance were the district commissioners for Frances Baard, Namakwa, and ZF Mgcawu districts. Ehlers stated that Lieutenant General Otola congratulated the 162 officers and members who were promoted within the province. She mentioned that the conferring of ranks will be hosted by district commissioners across all five districts in the province soon Ehlers says the following.
