Nababeep police are investigating a culpable homicide case following an accident that happened on the Okiep/Nababeep road causing the death of 2 victims on Saturday, the 12th October 2024. Police spokesperson sergeant Timothy Sam says preliminary investigations indicates that the driver of a Toyota Avanza vehicle that was ferrying four High School learners from a rugby match in Nababeep, lost control of the vehicle causing the death of one occupant on the scene and the driver later succumbing to his injuries in the Springbok hospital. He says the other 3 occupants are still in a critical but stable condition in hospital. Sam says the following:
