The recent Eskom Expo International Science Fair saw a number of Northern Cape based learners awarded for outstanding contributions towards the ISF 2024. A learner from the Kimberley Technical High, Olerato Mokoe, who entered into the bio - medical science category shared on what inspired her project for this international recognized initiative. Mokoe said the following

Moekoe says  that elderly women are not educated enough to know the dangers of keeping money and cellphones in their breasts in an attempt to avoid pick pocketing. Moekoe has advised other young scientiststhat they should not prolong finding the correct mitigation measures ones a problem has been  identified.
