Members of the community raised concerns over the usage of drugs. This after police and SARS customs arrested a 21-year-old South African woman for drug trafficking at OR Tambo International Airport. Police says this is the 11th drug mule to be arrested at OR Tambo international airport in a period of 2 months. According to information, the drug mule was profiled and intercepted as she was arriving on a flight from São Paulo, Brazil, on Sunday, the 29th of September 2024. Residents reacted as follows:
