The Paballelo Police have detained two men, ages 31 and 35, for their alleged involvement in a crime committed in the early hours of Thursday, September 19, 2024. In a statement, police spokesperson Sergeant Omphile Masegela says the suspects are accused of breaking into a home, threatening the occupants with knives, and stealing gadgets and clothing worth approximately R50,000.00. Sergeant Masegela confirmed that investigations have led to the recovery of some stolen items, with further investigations ongoing. The ZFM District's management has praised the police for their prompt action and the subsequent arrest of the individuals involved. The police are appealing to the public to provide any information that may aid in the investigation.
