A 24 year old male foreign national was arrested in possession of an alleged stolen water pump on Suturday, 17 August 2024. According to a police statement, the suspect allegedly bought the pump recently for someone. Polise spokesperson Lieutenant Colonel Sergio Kock says during the arrest of the suspect a male neighbor interfered and obstructed the police in the execution of their duties and was also arrested after public order policing was summoned for assistance. He says both suspects will appear at Mothibistad magistrate’s court soon.
