This month, the government, in partnership with the South African Road Agency, launched a democracy bus to celebrate the country's 30 years of democracy. The bus is currently touring the ZF Mgcawu district. During its first day in the district, it stopped at Paballelo Primary School, among other places. Officials from the school boarded the bus to share their experiences of democracy over the past three decades. Daniel Mokopi, the principal of Paballelo Primary School, and Nokuzola Ngaleka-Loliwane, an English teacher there, discussed the construction of the school and its role in facilitating learning, especially where language barriers exist.
