A total of 15 women will be empowered through a hair and Beauty training program hosted by the Department of Economic Development and Tourism in the Northern Cape. These women from the John Taolo Gaetsewe district will through this program enhance their skills and the quality of their products says the department. The department states that its goal is to support Small,Micro and Medium Enterprises, boost employment, and help them compete effectively in the market.
