The Northern Cape Provincial Government say it plans
to ensure that each district across the province has its own special school for
learners who are differently abled. This statement was made by Premier Dr Zamani Saul during the sod turning ceremony for
a special school in De Aar. The premier
during his address said, this special school will be a state of the art
structure, equipped with facilities designed to assist learners with special
needs. Furthermore, Saul said that the construction of this school is estimated
at R164 million, and is an investment into the future of the province. This
