Residents of Louisvale Road outside Upington are alleging that gangsterism is high in the area resulting in people fearing for their lives. Speaking to Radio Riverside news, a reliable source who requested to remain anonymous urged the community to stand together and fight this social challenge before it swallows the youth. Another reliable source told Radio Riverside news that these acts have now escalated where families get threatened with their lives because of their children's involvement in gansterism whereas in some cases schools are also affected............INSERT (LOUISVALE ROAD)In the mean time Radio Riverside news is awaiting feedback from the South African Police Service on what is currently happening in the area. We have also reliably learned that the community of Louisvale Road is allegedly now divided into two, where community members of certain sections are not allowed to enter certain sections of the area. The sources who spoke to Radio Riverside says, they can see how the future of their youth is destroyed and the community is not willing to stand up due to fear.
