Employees Pepsico in Upington are on strike since last week. The representative of the workers Jane Mosegedi says the workers demand an 8 percent increment but the employer is offering them only 7,5 percent. Mosegedi says strike action started last week, but the employer refused to accept their demands claiming that the workers went on an illegal strike. She says they are waiting for the employer to come back to the negotiation table.
