John Block appeared in Kimberley magistrate's court

Former ANC chairperson in the Northern Cape John Block and his 2 co-accused appear in the Kimberley magistrate's court for alleged fraud and corruption on Friday, the 5th April 2024. The Northern Cape NPA spokesperson Mojalefa Senokoatsane says the case has been postponed to the 18th of July 2024 for arrangements of copies of the dockets. Senokoatsane says Block appeared alongside with the former Northern Cape public works departmental head 65 year old Patience Mokhali and Babereki Consulting Engineering director 59 year old year Tshegolekae Motaung. Block is currently on parole for his 15 years sentence in a corruption matter.
