The department of Sports, Arts and Culture in the Northern Cape held a social dialogue in Kimberley today. The department says this dialogue was held as part of Human Rights month commemorations under the theme "Celebrating the 30th anniversary of freedom and democracy". MEC for the department, Desery Finies participated in the dialogue that started at 10 this morning at the Mayibuye Memorial Precinct.
