The Northern Cape Department of Finance, Economic Development and Tourism in the province alongside the Office of the Premier, Provincial Treasury Social Development, the Northern Cape Provincial Legislature and three Public Entities namely the NCTA, the Northern Cape Fleet Management and the Housing Fund received Clean Audits and were awarded by the office of the Auditor General South Africa. These clean audits were acquired for the 2022/20233 period. According to the sixth administration, it has committed itself to sound and prudent financial management and governance.  It further said that through deliberate efforts, the sixth administration improved the PFMA audit outcomes and ensured that no provincial department was in the disclaimer space. These awards were awarded yesterday.
