Provincial government hands over two vehicles to the traditional house

In a statement by the Northern Cape Provincial Government, in August of last year 7 brand new Toyota Hilux Double Cab bakkies were delivered to the Provincial House Of Traditional and Khoisan Leaders but left the proceeding being indebted to the house as two vehicles remained outstanding. According to an official statement by the provincial government, the Premier Dr. Zamani Saul, along with MEC for Cooperative Governance Human Settlements and Traditional Affairs, Bentley Vass, today paid a visit to the provincial house of traditional and khoisan leaders and handed over two newly acquired vehicles to the Chairperson Kgosi Pelonomi Toto and Deputy Chairperson Kgosi Pule Bareki of the Provincial House of Traditional and Khoisan Leaders. The Provincial government provides that this collaboration between the provincial government and the provincial house of traditional leaders is a positive indication of their joint effort to enhance the quality of life for traditional local communities and adds that the vehicles will serve as essential instruments for the Provincial house to carry out their duties with greater efficiency and effectiveness.
