The South African Council of Educators (SACE) has organized an open day at the Namakwa District to achieve several important objectives. The open day for the  SACE, serves as a platform for engagements, education and empowerment within the teaching community, reinforcing commitment to excellence in education and the well being of all educators across the country.   The open day commenced at 08 this morning and is to conclude at 16:30. South African Council of Educators (SACE) is the professional council for educators that aims to enhance the status of the teaching profession through appropriate Registration, management of Professional Development and inculcation of a Code of Ethics for all. educators. The time slots  differ to accommodate both student teachers and practicing educators in schools.
