Community members who have been making use of long route buses in the Upington area says they have noted that their bus services have been out of operation and a many have been questioning, why. Upon investigation, Radio Riverside news was informed that there is a delay from the Department of Transport, Safety and Liaison to issue the operating licenses for the buses.
