Residents of Ward 1 in Rosedale led a protest action to the Dawid Kruiper local municipality earlier today accusing the municipality of being bias. The community says there residents from their ward who received tenders after they finished working at a local Solar Plant. The residents said they also want tendered because they are currently unemployed. They claim that the Department of Public Works awarded modest tenders to other members of the community, and they are now requesting that Dawid Kruiper Mayor Michael Segede intervene. Sigede says that he is unable to intervene in a matter related to the Department of Public Works and cannot direct who should be awarded tenders. He elaborates......INSERT (SEGEDE)
