The National First Division, officially known as the Motsepe Foundation Championship league continues in different parts of the country. Upington City FC is set to go against the University of Pretoria today at 15:30 at the Tuks stadium in Pretorea. MM Stars is set to face JDR Stars same time. Hungry Lion FC is getting ready to face Venda tomorrow at the Mxolisi Dicky Jacobs Stadium in Upington. Hungry Lion FC also announced earlier today on their official social media page that all the clubs remaining home fixtures will be relocatd to the Mxolisi Dicky JAcobs stadium. The club says in a statement that the reason to move the matches to Upington is due to clashes with Rugby fixtures scheduled at the Windhoek Draught Park Stadium in Kimberley. Hungry Lions and Upington FC are the two teams representing the Northern Cape in the NFD. Supporters and soccer lovers in Upington are encouraged to come in their numbers to show support.
