Drugs destined in Port Nolloth

Police intercepted a courier service van with drugs in Springbok on Tuesday, the 14th February 2024. Police spokesperson sergeant Timothy Sam says public order police that were busy with routine crime prevention duties received information of drugs destined to Port Nolloth via a courier service in Springbok. Sam says on searching police found dagga with a street value of R282 000-00. He says police confiscated the dagga and an investigation enquiry case was opened to trace the source, which is the sender, and recipient of the consignment.
