The African National Congress Youth League (ANCYL) in the ZF Mgcawu district says they are still encouraging the youth to register online until the president announce the date of the elections. Regional spokesperson of the ANC Youth League Barry Oliphant says they are still engaging their youth organization including SASCO and COSAS to strengthen the online registration. Oliphant says the following........   â€œInsert” (BARRY)  Oliphant urged the youth to register to vote. He says voting is the future for the young people in South Africa. He says the youth can bring changes for service delivery. He says the youth has got the right to complain once they have voted................  “Insert” (OLIPHANT)
