Premier of the Northern
Cape, Dr Zamani Saul, says that provincial government is in the process to
complete the building of 13 new state of the art schools in the province. This
follows at the backdrop of day one of the 2024 academic year. Premier Saul says that parents should not keep
children at home, as they belong in school. Saul says there is an increase in
learner numbers across the province and the current capacity of existing schools
does not cater for the needs of the bulk of learners. The new schools will thus
address the increase in learner numbers. Northern Cape provincial government
takes education seriously says, premier Saul.
