The Small Enterprise Development Agency (Seda) in Upington is seeking individuals who are currently operating cooperative businesses or who aspire to become cooperatives. According to Sinoxolo Zweni, the project coordinator, those individuals will receive training on cooperative governance, ethics, and policies.
