The U17
girls from South Africa Bantwana faced Morocco in their second game today, in
preparation for the 2024 FIFA U17 Women's World Cup. Head of Delegation for
SAFA, Emma Hendricks, reports that Morocco won both games with two goals each.
The first game ended in a draw. She continues to say the following.

to say, although the Moroccan flames were displayed, the South African team is
only ten days old, and this was merely a friendly to get the girls ready for
the World Cup. When asked if there are any players from the Northern Cape part

that the games they are playing are only World Cup practice. She says team SA did
a great job and that there is talent.
