As the 3-day
program continue of the Teta EmpowaYouth Weekend, the Executive Manager
Corporate Services TETA Kgatile Nkala said they are not here to make empty promises but to
empower the youth of Upington with opportunities. She mentioned that with
the different stakeholders that supported them, there is hope a change will be seen in the youth of Upington. Nkala continues by encouraging the youth to
