The TETA EmpowaYouth organization is hosting a three-day youth outreach event, at the VGK Rainbow in Upington. The organization says, they are carrying out their eighth-year tradition of selecting a rural area and having speakers discuss the issues that young people are faced with. The general manager of EmpowaYouth, Tumi Leru, said amongst the challenges that will be discussed during these three days are poverty, inequality, and unemployment.
