MEC for the department of Cooperative Governance Human Settlements and Traditional Affairs Bantley Vass is expected to hand over title deeds in De Aar tomorrow. The department says the MEC will be accompanied by the Executive Mayor of the Pixley Ka Seme district municipality Itumeleng Rhoode. The title deeds to be handed over are from the De Aar project 2368. The department further says, This particular handover forms part of the theme created by COGHSTA namely "Title Deed Fridays" to ensure security to residents with regards to legal ownership of their properties. This handover is scheduled to start at 12 in the afternoon.
