The department says, the late legendary creative industry professional Bra Ike Tau is still a significant figure whose influence is felt deeply in the Northern Cape arts community and beyond. The department says, his influence is immense, influencing future generations and reshaping the region's cultural fabric. The department of sports, arts and culture says renaming the theatre in his honour, will not only commemorate his outstanding contributions but also leave a long-lasting mark on the rich artistic legacy of the Northern Cape.
