The African National Congress (ANC) in the Northern Cape will stage over this coming weekend 2 region based regional 2019 manifesto review on Saturday, the 7th October 2023 from eleven o'clock in the morning. The ANC provincial spokesperson Thabo Mothibi says the rally will be hosted at the open space behind Schmidtsdrift clinic in Pixley Ka Seme region. He says they will coincide with the by-election Siyanqoba rallies to be addressed by the national executive committee deployees to the Northern Cape Noxolo Kieviet, Ronalda Nalumango and the provincial chairperson Dr. Zamani Soul.
