The Mayor and the Speaker of the Joe Morolong municipality with the attendance of the Municipal Directors, Managers and Officials led by Acting Manager, Mr. T. Gopetse, led a Community Consultation Meeting yesterday during which residents from the area were granted the opportunity to raise issues concerning service delivery in order to gain attention for the challenges they face. The community members of Laxey in the area raised issues which includes Housing, water, electricity, unfinished projects amongst others and in response to these issues raised The Municipality committed to liaise with relevant stakeholders and Department to resolve some of the concerns timeously.
