Culpable Homicide Investigation Underway After Fatal Accident in Upington
The Upington SAPS has
launched an investigation into a culpable homicide case after a 57-year-old man
was fatally injured in a minibus accident on the Anton Lubowfki road in
Upington on May 9, 2025.
According to a police statement,
the victim was crossing the road to a nearby filling station when he was struck
by the minibus. Police spokesperson Sergeant Molefi Shemane elaborates.
